CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION (2017)
BRIEF:
Graphic Design office fit-out in a commercial building at located at 100 Creek Street, Brisbane. The previous design proposal has been approved by the client and they now require a set of construction documents outlining the design and the integration of required services.
Using advanced knowledge of and skills in technical drafting, code compliance, materials, finishes and building services integration you will produce the construction documents in revit for a commercial interior design scenario.

Package to include:
- Zoned lighting proposal
- Fire services layout
- Mechanical air conditioning, supply air/return air layout.
- Ceiling design that incorporates at least 2 different ceiling systems
- Electrical layout
- Elevations that show graphic print, acoustic wall paneling or audio visual displays.
- Construction details that show the design, structure, fire and acoustic requirements of particular wall types and design details.
